Dustin Reeves Rules the Ranks to Capture 2025 POWRi Hornet Championship
Belleville, IL. (9/29/25) Consistency, speed, and clutch performances defined the season for Dustin Reeves, of Camdenton, Missouri, who has claimed the 2025 POWRi Hornet National Championship following a standout campaign in one of POWRi’s most competitive divisions.
Reeves combined a division-best nine feature wins with eleven top-five finishes, showcasing the ability to contend night after night across the twelve-event Hornet circuit. His season-long performance emphasized not just raw speed, but smart racing and points management, a key factor in securing the championship.
The decisive weekend came at the StockMod Nationals at Lake Ozark Speedway (September 26-27), where Reeves turned in back-to-back feature victories, keeping rivals at bay and locking in the Hornet crown by an impressive five hundred eighty points as Jim Cook, Corbin Mooney, Bobby Mooney, and David Kirkpatrick rounded out the season’s top five.
With the 2025 Hornet championship, Dustin Reeves joins the growing list of POWRi National Champions, cementing his place in the history of the division and setting the standard for Hornet competitors in the years to come.
