2024 POWRi Hornet Yearly Agenda

Belleville, IL. (3/3/2024) Unveiling the second year of divisional racing, the POWRi Hornets looks to continue to build a foundation of quality action weekly while giving drivers and tracks a cost-effective footing. Capping a divisional Champion after completing the intense points season from April 1st until September 31st, can anyone claim the top spot in 2024 over the first-ever and reigning divisional champion Alvin Cooney?

At this time sanctioned facilities scheduled to take part in the inaugural season of the POWRi Hornet Division will include Lake Ozark Speedway, Urbana Speedway, and Springfield Raceway with several additional facilities currently in negotiations for events as tracks form their season agendas.

Competing members will earn points based on the POWRi sliding-scale system, as ten entries are considered a full field and receive full points, with the best twenty performances throughout the season judged in the yearly points chase. The highest points earner from the season will gain the honor of the 2024 POWRi Hornet National Champion.

POWRi StockMod's tentative 2024 schedule can be found online at https://www.powristockmod.com/schedules/weekly. Only confirmed POWRi-sanctioned events will be eligible for National Points.

The schedule is subject to alterations and cancelations with TBA track events currently being finalized, future updates will be posted as confirmed. Rules and guidelines are available online at https://www.powristockmod.com/rules/.

Membership or Temporary Permits are required for all drivers in all divisions participating at POWRi-sanctioned tracks.
